Making the decision to explore therapy is a huge first step. Finding the right therapist can feel like a huge hurdle.

Therapy comes with its own language: modalities, styles, terminology. It can feel daunting and this is often why many people begin the search but never quite find the courage to make the call. And, it does take courage.

I am an Integrative Therapist and am BACP registered. I go into more detail of how we can work together here. At the heart of my work is the building of a relationship based on respect and empathy, and a safe space, either virtual or in person, which has the capacity to hold whatever it is you would like to bring.

If this feels like a good starting point on your journey into, or returning back into therapy, I’d love to hear from you.

What peace feels like for me in this moment: In contact with nature. In the presence of others.

What To Expect:

  • I offer weekly therapy for 50mins at the same time each week.

  • Sessions take place in person or on Zoom, online. (I only have capacity for online clients)

  • I offer a free 15minute introductory call

  • Our initial session will explore what brings you to therapy, what your expectations are, what you hope for.

Please take a look at my About Me page for more details on how I work.

Fees:

  • My fees work on a sliding scale of £60-£100.

  • I am led by you on what you can afford on a weekly basis.

  • I hold four spaces for clients on low and no-income. If these spaces are full, I can add your name to a waiting list should you wish. Again, I am led by you on what you can afford.

  • My higher fees allow me open up spaces to those less able to afford regular therapy

Please get in contact if you have any questions or want to organise an intro call.
